New album for Social Robot!

A decade ago I released my lone solo album, Selftitled. At the time I felt I would keep putting albums out every few years, but then life got in the way. I burned out for a while, joined other bands, and got distracted with my day job (even though I always felt my job was to subsidize my music, rather than an end in itself). But I never stopped songwriting. After much delay, I’m proud to finally release The Botz Sessions, a collection of 12 songs titled in honor of band The Botz where half of these songs came from. Big thanks to drummer Jason Lang and keyboardist Dave Florey for sticking with me all these years, and Russell Castiglione and Carl Saff for mixing and mastering respectively.

So without further ado, please enjoy Social Robot’s debut album The Botz Sessions, available for digital download and physical, tangible CDs. (Also available on iTunes). There are songs about robots, trips to Mars, social media, hope and heartbreak, with a different musical approach (less lo-fi EDM, more sentimental rock). Hello World, and Enjoy!
